Design: The Mikado 56 is a sailing boat designed by the maritime architect Michel Bigoin in the mid-seventies and was built in 1976 by the French shipyard Constructions Nautiques du Sud-Ouest. It is considered a large sailing boat and can accommodate up to 18 guests on a daily trip. Urban Sailors combines space and commodity in a relaxing ambiance.

General Conditions:

• The client is responsible for all damages incurred during the trip, and it is necessary to sign a liability waiver.
• In case of bad weather, the tour will be postponed.
• Any delay by the client will not be compensated.
• The maximum capacity of the boat is 18 clients, no exception.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund of the amount paid if the cancelation is made up to 30 days
  before the day of the tour.
• Refund up to 75% of the amount paid if the cancelation is made 15 to 29
  days before the tour.
• Refund up to 50% of the amount paid if the cancelation is made 14 to 7
  days before the tour.
• No refund if the cancelation is made less than 6 days before the tour.

Payment Policy:

• To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour is required.
• The remaining 50% should be paid 10 days before the tour.
